If you wish to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, or phone call you to need to send us a written cancellation note as follows:
- Written notice to be sent from your registered email address to booking@easygoholidayhomes.com
- Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation
Any reservation originating from a travel agency such as Booking.com or AirBNB.com must be made through that channel only.
Cancellation request made 14 days prior to check-in date:
Full Refund
Cancellation request made less than 14 days prior to check-in date:
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
*The Operator reserves the right to keep the security deposit/down payment in case of cancellation to cover the full charges as shown above.
