We know that booking a holiday home can be a little daunting, so we’ve put together this list of FAQs to help you make the most of your experience.
General
1. Why should I rent a Holiday Home?
Renting a holiday home is the best way to experience the true essence of your destination. You’ll be able to experience local culture and cuisine, as well as explore the city in a way that you can’t when you’re staying at a hotel. Another incredible benefit of holiday homes is that they are home away from home. It allows you to be in charge of your holiday and you get to decide when to wake up, when to eat, and when to get back home.
2. Where are your Holiday Homes located?
Our holiday homes are located in the most beautiful locations in Dubai and our properties range from studios over apartments to luxury penthouses and villas. All of them are scattered around Dubai and mainly located in prime and convenient areas.
3. What facilities are going to be in my apartment?
The facilities in our apartments are all top of the range, so you’ll have everything you need for your stay! All EasyGo apartments are fully-furnished and fully equipped for living. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom amenities.

Reservations
1. How can I book a Holiday Home?
You’ll be able to find all of our properties on our website. You can then search for the dates that you want to travel, and click on the property you like. If it’s available, you’ll be taken through to a booking form which you can complete. Once we receive your booking request and the payment is completed, we’ll send you an email confirming that it’s been received.

2. When do I have to complete the payment for my booking?
Fully payment has to be completed 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you delay your payment we will treat your booking as canceled and our standard Cancellation Policy will apply.
3. Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, 2 nights. We know that sometimes it’s hard to know how long you really want to stay somewhere before you get there, so we’re happy to work with you on that. If you’ve only got 2 nights booked and decide halfway through your trip that you’d rather stay longer, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do! We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates. Some public holidays can have certain restrictions in regard to the length of stay.
4. Am I required to pay for water, electricity, and internet?
The answer is no on all three of these questions! We provide all of these services free of charge so that our guests can enjoy their time here without worrying about extra costs or unexpected bills.
5. Are there any additional charges?
Service fee as well as Tourism Dirham fee of AED10 or AED15 per room per night. All charged at the time of the booking.
A refundable security deposit is also charged during the booking process to confirm the reservation.
6. I am a UAE resident am I required to pay Tourism Dirham fee?
Tourism Dirham Fee applies to all guests staying in any short-term accommodation in UAE regardless of their nationality or residency status.
7. When will I get the security deposit back?
You will get your security deposit back within 14 working days of checking-out, provided that you have returned the keys/access cards and met all other obligations in accordance with your reservation terms & conditions leaving the property in the same conditions as received.
8. Can I cancel a holiday home booking?
Yes! You can cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your check-in date. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, there will be no refund. Arrival & Departure
Do I need to contact anyone before I check in?
Yes! Please let us know if you’ll be arriving late, or if you have any special requests. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs! In case we do not hear from you prior to your arrival one of our team members will reach out to verify your contact number and let you know about the check-in instructions ( i.e. location, parking, directions, etc)
Do you require any documents prior to my arrival?
In order to arrange a smooth and seamless check-in experience, most building managements in Dubai require ID/passport details for the registration of guests in the system. If the documents are not submitted on time, there might be delays upon arrival and entrance to the building.
In addition, we require you to complete the registration form prior to check-in and share essential information about your bookings such as your check-in and check-out times with us. We also verify your details for safety and security and ask you to agree to our reservation terms & conditions.
What are your Terms & Conditions?
The Terms & Conditions are to protect all parties involved in the booking and to prevent issues by outlining each person’s responsibilities. All our guests have to read and agree to our reservation Terms & Conditions, as well as Property Rules which were drafted in accordance with DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 03:00 pm however we are happy to accommodate other requests where possible.
- Check-out is at 12:00pm (noon).
- Early check-ins are subject to availability and will be accommodated based on the circumstances.
What happens if there is a problem during my stay?
We take any problems that arise very seriously and do everything we can to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. During office hours our Guest Relations team will be happy to assist you with any requests you may have. After office hours our maintenance team is available 24/7 to address any concerns you may have.
Can I bring a pet?
Not all buildings allow pets however please let us know in advance so we can advise you accordingly on which property to book.

Property Rules
1. Is Housekeeping included in Holiday Home rental?
Housekeeping services are not included in the rate but can be requested and arranged for your stay for an additional fee.
2. Can I smoke inside the property?
No. It is not allowed to smoke inside a holiday home. We ask that you do not smoke in any of our properties, as we have many guests that are sensitive to cigarette smoke, and we want everyone to be comfortable during their stay. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
3. Can I invite guests?
Each property has its allowance and the number of people residing in the property must not exceed the amount mentioned upon the reservation. The rate usually depends on the number of guests staying at the property. You may lose your security deposit or are asked to leave as it breaches our T&C.
4. Can I throw a party?
No parties are permitted. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 pm until 08:00 am and is strictly monitored by the building management. If you are looking for a place to celebrate or host an event please contact us and we will be able to assist you with the suitable property.
5. What happens if I lose the keys?
If you lose your keys, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace them as quickly as possible however additional charges will apply for the call-out and new keys.
For Owners
1. Why should I rent my property as a Holiday Home?
Holiday home rentals are an easy way to make money from your property and have the added benefit of letting you live or holiday in it whenever you like! If you have a pool, garden, or any other features that may be attractive to holidaymakers, then holiday home rentals are a great option for you. The income from holiday home rent is much higher than long-term rent. By renting out your place as a holiday home you will also get an increased value of your property. How much you can earn is dependent on your home’s location, quality, and availability.
2. Can I use my property?
Yes, you can use your property when it is not rented however please let us know in advance if you wish to block the dates for your stay or we will check the availability and let you know. Otherwise, we can offer you partner rates in any of the other properties that we rent.
3. How do I know if my property is rented or vacant?
Our website allows us to monitor all properties in real time so that we can keep track of their status at all times. As the owner, you will have your own login credentials to access the status of the property.
4. What are the required documents to register your apartment with DTCM?
- Title deed
- Recent Green Dewa Bill (under the owner’s name)
- Passport copy of the owner
- Signed Property Management letter
5. Is insurance mandatory for a holiday home apartment?
Insurance is mandatory for any holiday home rental apartment and each apartment has to have the ‘Public Liability Insurance’.
6. What if my property is unfurnished?
We have an interior team who will be able to assist with the decoration and furnishing of the apartment complying with all the DTCM standards.
7. What happens if something is damaged on my property during a guest’s stay?
Our team is inspecting each unit before and after it is rented to a guest. In the event something is damaged in your property we will make use of the security deposit from the guest to cover the maintenance costs.
